Hello, We are Larry Baldwin and Dean Naujoks. As the Neuse Riverkeepers we welcome you to our site. It is our responsibility to be strong advocates for a healthy Neuse River. We do this by patrolling the entire watershed by water, air and ground in an effort to find and eliminate sources of pollution.
Our mission is accomplished through the enforcement powers given to us as private citizens under the Clean Water Act as well as other federal and state laws. We are licensed by the WATERKEEPER ALLIANCE(C) and sponsored by the Neuse River Foundation (NRF).
